The tertiary phase in the treatment of all human afflictions is rehabilitation. After acute difficulties have been resolved, our physiatrists devise treatment regimens for patients’ rehabilitation. The task of rehabilitation is carried out by physiotherapists and occupational therapists under the supervision of the physiatrist. The majority of this department’s work is done in collaboration with orthopedics, neurology, neurosurgery, pediatrics, neonatology, plastic surgery, and other medical and surgical departments.
